John Muir Health will complete street and signaling improvements required as part of the Walnut Creek Campus expansion. This work is required by the City of Walnut Creek and CEQA, which governs the project. The work will allow more efficient vehicular traffic flow around the campus on Ygnacio Valley Road and La Casa Via. We have launched this web site to be sure the community has the most up-to-date and thorough information regarding this work and its impacts on traffic and the neighborhood.

PG&E will be working on Friday, April 22nd from 9:30 PM to Saturday, April 23rd at 4:00 AM. This work will take place at the corner of La Casa Via and Ygnacio Valley Road on JMH's property.  There will be no lane closures and PG&E will be working from our parking lot behind the Central Utility Plant.  PG&E will have approximately  4 to 5  trucks with a six man crew on site.  This is part of PG&E's upgrading of their electrical service to the entire area which they have been performing along Ygnacio Valley Road for awhile now.  This work is not expected to be noisy.
