Childbirth- Convenience Class
Our Convenience Childbirth class is a great alternative for expecting parents who cannot attend a conventional childbirth session. This unique one-evening childbirth session, with a childbirth educator, is supplemented with an online childbirth program. Topics will focus on the delivery process and your birthing options, as well as pain management techniques such as breathing & relaxation, and medications and epidurals. This class is a great option for couples who are short on time or have busy schedules due to other priorities.
