Research has shown that as older adults we can improve our strength, balance, and flexibility well into our 90’s. Improve your confidence and increase vigor in your daily routine. This class will teach safe exercise techniques to improve your flexibility, coordination, strengthen your whole body, and reduce your risk of falling.
