Let's Get Moving
Ease you way into exercise for better health through this six-week exercise class led by a certified exercise instructor. This class series takes place twice a week and includes aerobic exercise, light weight training, core strength training, circuit training, pre and post fitness evaluation, and goal setting.
PrerequisitesWe ask that participants complete a healthy history and informed consent. Both forms will sent by email or mail prior to the class. Please note, we might ask you to receive a physician referral/consent to participate in this program.
