Memory Screening: What’s Your Memory Fitness?
If you’re 65 or older and have concerns about your memory, take advantage of this screening that will provide you with information to discuss with your physician. These screenings are provided in conjunction with John Muir Health Neurosciences Institute. Please call 925-947-3300 for an appointment.

To promote early identification of Alzheimer's/dementia to enable planning and treatment.
