The Garret Thrift Shop in Walnut Creek sells donated clothing, jewelry, books, antiques, collectibles, furniture, and household items. All proceeds help the John Muir Medical Center Auxiliary, Walnut Creek buy state-of-the-art medical equipment and support community outreach programs.
How You Can Help
Services include staffing the front desk as a cashier, testing electrical items for salability, helping with furniture pickup, and joining the crew in the workroom to process donated items. Cashiers work four hour shifts from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
