The single most effective tool for early diagnosis of testicular cancer is self-examination. In fact, the majority of testicular cancers are discovered by patients themselves. Just as women are advised to perform monthly breast self-examination, it is recommended that young men between the ages of 18 and 35 perform testicular self-examination on a weekly or monthly basis. Any lumps, swellings, or other irregularities should be brought to the prompt attention of your physician.

We are here for education, support and to help you navigate your way through your diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
