We believe that our employees and their professional and personal development are key to maintaining our reputation as the premier health provider in the San Francisco Bay area.
That's why we have created comprehensive programs to help you gain the credentials and qualifications you need to achieve your goals, and help us maintain the highest standards for quality patient-centered care.
The cost of education can be expensive, and as a new graduate you maybe faced with large student loans. Benefited nursing and allied health employees who meet our criteria and have a new degree in designated areas are eligible to apply for our Student Forgiveness Program.
It's a fact that pursuing your educational goals can also be expensive. And sometimes, our employees can benefit from additional coursework that supports their current and future work a John Muir Health. For this reason, we offer you tuition reimbursement after completing one year of service. Benefited employees who work a part-time schedule or more can take part in this generous program.
At John Muir Health we encourage our employees to take a leadership role in the community and in our organization. Employees who are pursuing further education, and who meet the selection criteria, tenure and service requirements, may be selected to achieve an award.
We know how challenging it is in today's busy environment to enter an educational program, work and manage personal obligations at the same time. If you are selected to participate, you will receive release time to pursue full-time education while maintaining your current rate of pay and benefits. Full-time employees who meet our tenure and service requirements can apply to enter this program.
If you want to join an organization that will support you from day one onwards, consider applying at John Muir Health.
