Get one-on-one education regarding your customized fitness reports and risks for heart disease. Copies of your results are sent to your primary care physician to assist with continuing your preventive care.

Cerebral Aneurysms and Arteriovenous Malformations (AVMs)

These conditions are evaluated and treated by a team of neurosurgeons and neurointerventional radiologists. The appropriate treatment strategy may include endovascular techniques such as embolizations or coiling and/or neurosurgical procedures. Treatment is always available on an emergency basis. Vestibular Rehabilitation

This includes evaluation and treatment for vestibular and balance dysfunction. The program requires a written referral from a physician, and is covered by most insurance plans. Evaluation includes testing specific for assessing the degree of balance deficits, such as postural control and motion sensitivity. The interpretation of these tests are discussed with the patient. Treatment is based on the findings of the testing, and is directed toward improving balance with daily functional activities. An individualized home program is included as part of the treatment.

Balance Improvement Class

This class is for patients with mild balance impairments who want to continue exercising under the supervision of skilled therapists. Caretakers may need to be present if participants need assistance getting on or off equipment. Participants must meet the following criteria: Medical release signed by an M.D., stable vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiration), six months or more after date of stroke (post cerebral vascular accident (stroke), completed treatment in a one-on-one therapy program.
