Behavioral Health Help Line
A trained professional provides free information and assistance around the clock for behavior health matters, and an assessment team offers free evaluation of all types of behavioral health problems and helps to identify programs and services to meet individualized needs.

Breast Health Referral & Information
Nurse educators are available to answer questions and provide referrals to resources and research studies. The service is free.

A clinical nurse specialist is available weekdays during normal business hours to answer questions, provide information and present classes to individuals and groups. The service is free.

Family/Domestic Violence Referral & Information
John Muir Health has a long-standing commitment to improve the health of our community. John Muir Health believes that violence is both prevalent in our community and unacceptable. We believe this is an important health issue that we must address with the providers, employees, and residents of the communities we serve. As part of our community health program we have enhanced our screening program and will ask all our patients about family violence -- child abuse, elder abuse or domestic violence. If you are a victim of abuse, you will be referred for appropriate support and services.
If you have questions about our community health programs you may call the John Muir Community Health Alliance at 925-363-7588. If you have questions about domestic violence you may call STAND! Home Health Referral Line
A health care professional is available weekdays during normal business hours to make referrals regarding the need for skilled nursing; physical, occupational and speech therapy; medical social work; and home health aide/personal care for cardiac, respiratory, wound/ostomy, diabetes, pediatric and psychiatric patients. The service is free.
