Campaign Gift Opportunities

Gifts to the Capital Campaign may be designated by the donor to:

• John Muir Medical Center, Concord Campus
• John Muir Medical Center, Walnut Creek Campus
• both campuses
• the overall Campaign with no campus designation

• Special naming opportunities - A named gift opportunity provides a way to recognize donors who make significant contributions to the Capital Campaign. Donors who qualify will be honored with the option to assign, in perpetuity, their name to a designated area at the campus of their choice. These leadership gifts convey a strong message to our community that individuals, businesses, organizations, and foundations support our effort to provide the highest quality healthcare to our community now and in the future. Named gift opportunities are available for gifts of $25,000 or more.
• Multi-year pledges - Donors who wish to make a major Campaign contribution but fulfill their commitment over a specified time period may make arrangements for a 3-year or 5-year pledge. Monthly, semi-annual or annual payment schedules are available. John Muir Health employees who wish to contribute may also be eligible to participate through direct payroll deduction.
• Honoring someone special - A gift in honor of someone special can create a lasting tribute to a friend, loved one, or significant healthcare provider. Their name will become part of the rich history of healthcare excellence at John Muir Medical Center.
• Memorializing a loved one - A gift made in memory of a friend or loved one touches the lives of surviving family members by commemorating that individual's importance in your life. Their name and their memory become part of our mission of providing the highest quality medical care to all community members now and in the future.
