Q: What are the times I can call for an appointment?
A. Concord Campus scheduling hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Walnut Creek, Brentwood, Rossmoor, 122 La Casa Via, and Women's Health Center's scheduling hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Q: How do I make an appointment?
A. Call the specific Medical Imaging site where you would like to have your exam performed and you will be connected to the scheduling department Click here to see a list of locations.
Q: What information will the appointment scheduler need when I call?
A. Full Name, date of birth, contact number, address, insurance, exam, diagnosis, and ordering physician
Q: How quickly can I get an appointment?
A. Typically, appointments are available within one week with the exception of screening mammograms

Q: What insurances do you accept?
A. We accept most insurance. Certain exams (e.g., CT, MRI) require an authorization number prior to scheduling an exam. You may contact your insurance company or the financial counselors at either the Concord or Walnut Creek campus for verification.
Q: Do you accept assignment for Medicare?
A. Yes
Q: Do you accept Workers Compensation cases
A. Yes. Please note that the Workers Compensation case number is required.
Q: When will my report be ready?
A. A report will be available electronically for your physician in 24 hours.
Q: Do I need an order before scheduling an appointment?
A. Yes. A written order is required for all exams.
Q: Do I need an appointment for a chest x-ray?
A. No
Q: I lost my order, what do I do?
A. Contact your physician for a new order
Q: What is required if I want a copy of my report?
A. A signed release form is required for a copy of your report.
Q: Does the Radiologist who interprets my films bill separately?
A. Yes
Q: Can I bring my child to my appointment?
A. We are unable to provide child care. Please make alternate arrangements.
