Emphasizing Ongoing Care, Education and Prevention

Crisis stabilization is merely the first step for our psychiatric patients. Through cognitive behavioral therapy and group sessions, we provide patients with the tangible coping mechanisms they need in their everyday lives.

Adult Partial Hospitalization Programs

This intensive day treatment program is provided for adults 18 years and older who are in need of crisis intervention, short-term stabilization, or those transitioning from inpatient care to home. Patients attend treatment programs from 9am to 3pm, and return home at night. Transportation to and from the center is available for those living in the Concord area.

Adolescent Outpatient Program

Our day program for youths, ages 13-18, includes cognitive therapy, process groups, art therapy, medication and drug education, school, as well as parent education. Adolescents attend the program from 9am to 3pm and return home at night. This provides the opportunity for adolescents to deal with family and home issues while in treatment.

Our after school program is another alternative for teens that are attending school.

Caring Extension Intensive Outpatient Program

8 week program which meets 9 hours per week. This level of care is designed for the individual who has been successful in recovery in the past but struggles to stay sober. This will provide the structure of a treatment program with the support of relapse prevention, group process and gaining better coping skills while augmenting treatment with community support.

This level of care can also complement the individual who would benefit from longer treatment than the initial 4 - 6 week programs initially offered.
