Stroke Center Certification

The Joint Commission awarded John Muir Medical Center-Concord Campus and John Muir Medical Center-Walnut Creek Campus Primary Stroke Center Certification. Our medical centers are the first in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties to receive Stroke Center certification.

What is a Stroke Center?
