Wine, Women, & Chocolate
This event will have author and national speaker, Debra Waterhouse, MPH, RD, revealing the important connection between food cravings and female health.
She proves that cravings are not a problem to be treated but a blessing to be encouraged.
Her plan for mind and body will engage a woman's instinctive food needs, her positive moods and her healthy body.
Complimentary chocolate and wine will be served.
