Radiation Oncology, John Muir Medical Center - Walnut Creek Campus Wins National Improvement Award
The Radiation Oncology department, John Muir Medical Center - Walnut Creek Campus, is a proud recipient of Press Ganey Associates 2006 Compass Award. Press Ganey is a nationally recognized company that partners with health care delivery. More than one-third of U.S. inpatient hospitals currently contract with Press Ganey. The company's databases are the largest in the industry, and allow facilities nationwide to benchmark their results against peer organizations. The Compass Award recognizes facilities that show the most improvement over two years in Overall Satisfaction. The Press Ganey Compass Award is a coveted symbol of achievement in the health care satisfaction industry that is bestowed annually. John Muir Medical Center - Walnut Creek Campus, is just one of forty-four facilities to receive this honor.
