Highly in a Recent Statewide Survey
In a recent statewide survey of HMO members, John Muir/Mt. Diablo Health Network ranked first overall among San Francisco-East Bay medical groups. The Health Network also ranked in the top 10% of medical groups throughout California on:
- Overall rating of care from personal doctor or nurse - Top 10%
- Timely care and service - Top 10%
- Getting treatment and specialty care - Top 10%
- Doctor-patient communication - Top 10%
- Overall rating of care from all doctors and health providers - Top 10%
