"Diabetes Dialogue: Hope for the Future"
The impact of managing diabetes can require significant lifestyle changes for those with diabetes. This program provides information about how diabetes affects not only the physical but also the psycho-social aspects of someone's life. Diabetes is a self-managed disease that has many challenges and this program will help address the issues associated with living with diabetes.
