Heart disease is the single largest killer of American women, but it's largely preventable. Unfortunately, many women remain unaware of the risks they face—or even the warning signs of a heart attack.
John Muir Health provides heart disease screening, education, prevention plans, and risk assessment. Whether you're 20 or 80, it's never too early—or too late—to start taking better care of your heart.
Are You at Risk?
Getting started is easy. Fill out a simple questionnaire and we'll mail back to you a personalized report with recommendations to improve your risk.
The John Muir Women's Heart Program helps women take a comprehensive approach to heart health. Our team will evaluate your risk factors and design an individualized medical, nutrition, and exercise plan. Team members include a cardiologist medical advisor, a licensed nurse, a dietitian, an exercise specialist and a cardiac sonographer.
