Our outpatient chemical dependency programs are designed to support you in your continuing recovery.
Each patient is assigned an individual case manager who will guide you through your recovery process.
The educational program related to addiction is beneficial to both the patient and the family members. I was given all the help/information I needed to proceed with recovery and get support after completing the program.

Our Day Treatment program includes assessment, individualized treatment planning, education, cognitive behavioral therapy, process groups, relapse prevention, and discharge planning. We also focus on education and support for family members, as well as continued support following the initial treatment program. Meets daily from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, except on Sundays.
The family program provides education and group interaction to help family members in their own recovery from the effects of addiction and meets on Saturdays from 9:00AM to 2:30 PM
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Because we know you may have family or other commitments, we’ve designed two programs that provide support and resources that are similar to the day treatment program, in a shortened timeframe.
- Morning program: Meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Wednesday, 9:00AM – 2:00PM and Saturday from 9:00-230PM
- Evening program
- This program is for people who have been assessed to have a fairly secure, supportive structure in daily activities. Meets three nights per week from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, and joins the family program on Saturday from 9:00AM-2:30PM
This is my first time in a recovery program. I wish it had happened 10 years ago.
– Kevin G. (Patient)
EXTRA is an eight-week intensive outpatient program designed for people who have completed initial treatment and need more relapse prevention support. This program can also support those who have been through multiple treatment programs or have previously maintained sobriety. Meets Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
MORE Program – Young Adults
This program is designed for young adults from 18-30 years old. You’ll meet with others in your peer group twice weekly for eight weeks, following your initial treatment. It’s a great opportunity to work on relapse triggers that are common to your age group while building a recovery support network in the community in which you live.
The first year after treatment is critical in preventing relapse. That’s why we provide aftercare during that time period following successful completion of your initial care for no additional charge. In our weekly meetings, facilitated by trained staff, we concentrate on education, the 12 steps, group therapy, and continued individual and family work. We also help you connect with community resources, participate in sponsorship and, most importantly, work on preventing relapse. Because addiction is a family disease, we also offer an ongoing family aftercare group, in which family members can continue to work on their own recovery separate from patients.
For more information about aftercare, please call (925) 674-4100.
