Monument Impact actively engages with the Monument Community to provide training and tools, in order for people to become economically self-sufficient, healthy and safe, civically engaged, connected to each other and committed to lifelong learning.
Monument Impact offers English classes, assistance with legal rights, access to health care, health and wellness programs and career development programs to help residents become self-sufficient, healthy and economically stable.
John Muir health supports the Monument Impact’s programs by helping to ensure that these very much needed resources reach the Monument Community. Learn more about Monument Impact.
"...the residents of the monument had a voice and that someone was interested is our feelings, welfare and our health."
I joined the Monument Impact program because it helped me feel more comfortable speaking English with people. I also realized that the residents of the monument had a voice and that someone was interested is our feelings, welfare and our health.
In the process I’ve grown and I feel very good about the treatment of equality that exists at Monument Impact. We have all of the opportunities to cast our ideas and we are listened to with the same respect. Now I can help make change and help my community grow in a healthier and safer environment.
