5-Week Series: Mindfulness Techniques
The series provides participants with in-depth strategies to promote greater physical and emotional well-being by applying mindfulness techniques to their daily lives. Participants will also learn about the physiology of stress and how to cultivate coping skills, resilience and mobilize inner resources. 
*Enrollment in the Introduction to Mindfulness class prior to the 5-week series is encouraged but not required.*
