At John Muir Health, our physicians, nurses and other health care professionals work together to provide expert care from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. We are accredited as an integrated Network Cancer Program by the American College of Surgeons/Commission on Cancer, and we are the only health system in the Bay Area with this accreditation.
Breast Cancer
John Muir Health is currently the only accredited breast health center in the East Bay to offer advanced 3-D mammography screening technology, which produces the clearest, most accurate images possible in the detection of breast cancers.
Lung Cancer
Lung cancer is best treated when detected early. With our deep experience and resources, we can move immediately into treatment when lung cancer is diagnosed. John Muir Health is a leader in lung cancer detection and treatment.
Child Cancers
Partnered with Stanford Children’s Health, our pediatric oncology program offers expert guidance and treatment for all forms of child cancers, including access to world-renowned specialists.
Prostate Cancer
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer diagnosis and the second leading cause of cancer death in the U.S. for men. Together, we can change those statistics with your support of John Muir Health’s established urology program that specializes in the treatment of prostate, as well as bladder, kidney, and testicular cancers.
