Pregnancy and Postpartum Depression

Many new moms experience the "baby blues" after giving birth, typically beginning a few days after delivery and lasting up to two weeks. Symptoms may include crying spells, mood swings, anxiety and trouble sleeping.

However, some moms develop a more severe, long-lasting form of depression, known as postpartum depression. In some cases, these symptoms may even occur while still pregnant. You’re not alone. We understand, and we’re here to help you get through this and bond with your baby.
