5-Week Series: Mindfulness Techniques
This 5-week series provides participants with in-depth strategies to promote greater physical and emotional well-being by applying mindfulness techniques to their daily lives. Participants will also learn about the physiology of stress and how to cultivate coping skills, resilience and mobilize inner resources. 
This class cultivates mindfulness through:
  • Weekly introduction on new mindfulness technique to use in your everyday life
  • Experience a new specific guided meditation practice each week, with guided audio provided to support your practice at home
  • Weekly Q&A regarding practice, challenges, and new topic for discussion related to deepening our understanding and development of mindfulness
  • Each week there will be homework suggestions for both formal and informal mindfulness techniques between classes, as well as additional resources for further study and practice
*Enrollment in the Introduction to Mindfulness class prior to the 5-week series is encouraged but not required.*
