Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes and Resources
You may be a new mom who has a lot of questions about childbirth and wants to know what to expect. You may have other children but have forgotten a few baby basics. Or maybe you're just excited!
Education is the first step to becoming the parent you want to be. We offer maternity and parenting classes for moms and dads taught by Registered Nurses, board-certified lactation consultants and health educators with expertise in birth and childcare.
In addition to the childbirth classes listed below, the Women's Health Center offers prenatal and childbirth classes in Brentwood.
This unique childbirth class is an online course coupled with one in-person evening class at the Women's Health Center. The comprehensive online program allows you to review all the information at your own pace and on your schedule.

This four-week class is for those who plan to deliver without medication or with limited medical intervention. It focuses on relaxation and breathing techniques.
You can learn this practical approach to childbirth in one or two sessions. This class is for couples who want in-class instruction and enjoy interacting and learning with other parents.
This comprehensive, interactive online class covers all the basics you would receive in a traditional childbirth class.
