You can receive primary care if you are enrolled in Health Net Blue and Gold, and your primary care provider is part of John Muir Medical Group. If you want to change your medical group to John Muir Medical Group (to establish primary care), call Health Net directly before scheduling an appointment.
You also can receive specialty care, and ancillary services including lab and radiology, if you are enrolled in Canopy Health (Health Net Blue & Gold and your primary care provider is part of Hill Physicians Medical Group - San Francisco, John Muir Medical Group, or Meritage Medical Group).
If you are enrolled in one of the UC-sponsored PPO plans (UC Care, UC Health Savings plan, Core plan), you can receive primary and specialty care, along with available ancillary services.
