John Muir Health Medicare ACO

John Muir Health Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO)

John Muir Health is participating in Medicare’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO) program. Our participation is one way we’re working to improve coordinated care for our Medicare Fee-for-Service patients.

We believe in doing what is best for our patients to provide a
quality patient experience, help them improve coordination of their health and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations. Through participation in an ACO, groups of doctors, hospitals and other health care providers, coordinate high quality care to our patients at the right time and in the right setting.
