HEARTSAVER, BCLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP

Through our training center designations with the American Heart Association we offer recognition and renewal courses in a variety of basic and advanced life safety courses.

Professional Development Series

This seminar series is designed primarily for nurses and the topics and content are developed to continually improve clinical excellence in nursing. Topics include Critical Care, Cardiology, Oncology, Trauma, Cultural Diversity, Pain Management and Diabetes.

Management Development Series

Based on a leadership development model designed exclusively for John Muir Health, this series offers learning activities that address the needs of directors, managers and supervisors in Managing Performance, Communication, Human Resources Management, Conflict Management, Financial Management and Self Development.

Customer Service Education

Three levels of customer service and service recovery programs are offered. For managers, "Creating a Service Culture in Healthcare", for employees, "Service Boosters-Building Patient Loyalty" and for new employees, "Service + for Healthcare Providers."

Multi-media Programming

Educational activities are available through Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and satellite programming.
