Congratulations on a career well spent. We hope you are enjoying all that retirement has to offer.

We don't have to tell you that John Muir Health gets in your blood. It becomes part of your DNA. It's who you are. What if we told you that you don't have to leave it all behind? That there is a way for you to stay involved and connected to JMH - for just a few hours a week?

"There are so many volunteer options available at JMMC; and I would definitely recommend it to other retirees."

Actually, there is a way... consider participating in our Volunteer Services program. Click here to read a brochure about the program.

How to Get Started as a Volunteer

You can become a JMH volunteer by donating only three to four hour periods of time every other week—that's our minimum commitment. Set your own schedule and work when you want. Just a few hours a week will keep you connected to the JMH community.

To participate, all you have to do is complete the interest form. Drop it off or send it back to us indicating whether you are interested now or may be sometime in the future. We will send you an application package and you can start the process!

To learn more about becoming a volunteer, call the Volunteer Services Department at (925) 947-5211 or (925) 308-8292. We'll help you choose a volunteer services area, figure out your hours and orient you to your new position.
