to Lead Campaign for John Muir Medical Center, Walnut Creek

$2.5 million contribution supporting expansion efforts announced

Walnut Creek, Calif. (March 21, 2006) - The John Muir Health Foundation today announced that Guy R. Henshaw has been appointed Chair of the Capital Campaign for John Muir Medical Center. Henshaw, a Walnut Creek resident, just completed his term as chair of the John Muir Health Board and is also a former chair of the John Muir Health Foundation Board. He is currently managing director of Henshaw/Vierra Management Counsel and serves on the boards of Fair, Isaac and Company, iSystems, IKEN Tissue Therapeutics and is an outside director of several other small to mid-cap companies. He has served as past board chair of Seven Hills School and Head-Royce School and was investment committee chair at Ripon College and Church Divinity School of the Pacific.
