Grace Caliendo has been the President/CEO for the John Muir/Mt. Diablo Community Health Fund since its inception in 1997. Her background in philanthropy includes over 25 years of leading the development of public foundations. Prior to moving into foundation work, Grace spent over 12 years learning about the nonprofit sector by leading nonprofit organizations in northern, central and southern California, including the Los Angeles Indian Center, one of four model urban Indian Centers across the nation, the Urban Indian Development Association, a business development center, and Advocates for Women, an employment and economic development center. She also served four years on the city manager's leadership team for the City of Fresno. Grace has a BA degree in Social Welfare from Cal-State, Northridge. In 2003 she was inducted into the Contra Costa Women's Hall of Fame among women honored for their role in "Improving Health Care."

Lillian Roselin is the Program Officer for the John Muir/Mt. Diablo Community Health Fund, providing ongoing guidance and support to potential and existing health partners and helping in the development of new partnerships. She joined the organization in 2006 after eleven years at the Contra Costa Jewish Community Center starting as the Director of the Millman Alzheimer's Respite Center and later serving as the CCJCC Program Director. Lillian brings passion and commitment to her work based on many years of hands-on and management experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in the areas of older adults and special needs populations. She has a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Francisco State University.

Mary Serrano, who joined the Community Health Fund staff in July 2008, provides part-time support in accounting, as well as daily office support. With a degree in Business Administration from National University San Diego, Mary's 20 years of accounting and finance experience has been with companies that range from American Express Corporate Services to Serrano Kitchen & Bath.

Contractors

Arlene K. Mose - CPA, consults with the Community Health Fund regarding tax and accounting issues specific to nonprofit entities. Her own firm in Pleasant Hill provides tax, consulting, and audit services to the general public, with a particular focus on the nonprofit industry. She has a masters degree in taxation from Golden Gate University, is licensed by the California Board of Accountancy, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Her book, Day to Day Business Accounting, was published by Prentice Hall in 1997.

Andrew Schwartz - provides strategic communication consulting, writing, and editing to the Community Health Fund. Since 1995, he has been helping organizations - from nonprofit organizations and academic institutions to Fortune 500 corporations - communicate their most important ideas to external and internal audiences. His ghostwritten pieces appear regularly in trade and general interest publications, while his own fiction, essays, and feature articles have appeared in publications that range from literary journals to big city newspapers.
