John Muir Physician Network
The John Muir Physician Network is a not-for-profit medical foundation that is active in community service, health education, and clinical research. Since its inception in 1996, it is one of the fastest growing physician groups in the Bay Area, with more than 800 providers. Physicians associated with the John Muir Physician Network belong to the John Muir Medical Group and Muir Medical Group IPA. These physicians accept most HMO and PPO insurance, as well as Medicare.
The John Muir Physician Network owns and operates close to 100 physician sites staffed by the John Muir Medical Group in 20 locations from Brentwood to San Ramon. The Muir Medical Group IPA is a panel of primary care physicians and specialists with offices throughout Contra Costa and portions of southern Solano and southern Alameda counties.
