The outpatient programs provide various levels of care to assist patients in their continued recovery and include the following:
Day Treatment: Meets from 9AM - 4PM, Monday-Saturday and incorporates various levels of assessment, individualized treatment planning, education, cognitive behavioral therapy, process groups, relapse prevention, and discharge planning. A significant part of this program also provides education and support for family members as well as continued support following the initial treatment program.
Morning Intensive Outpatient Treatment: Meets from 9AM - 12:30PM, Monday - Saturday. It provides much of the same curriculum as the Day Treatment program. This program is designed to provide an intense level of care as indicated in the initial assessment.
Evening Intensive Outpatient Treatment: Meets from 6PM - 9PM, three times a week, and joins the Family Program on Saturday. It also provides much of the same curriculum as the Day Intensive Outpatient Program. Patients appropriate for this program have been assessed to have a fairly secure, supportive, structure in their daily activities to make this level of care viable.
Family Program: The Family Program provides education and group interaction to assist family members in their own recovery from the effects of addiction.
Individual Case Manager: Each patient is assigned an individual case manager who will guide him or her through their recovery process.
Continuing Care: The Continuing Care program is provided to those who have successfully completed one of the Outpatient Treatment Programs. This program meets in a group session weekly and is led by a trained facilitator from the treatment program. It is provided, without charge, for one year from the completion of treatment.
