Thank you for choosing John Muir Health for your surgery. To help you prepare for your hospital stay with us, we have included some key documents listing what items to bring and not bring for your stay, and information about our admitting services.
Please call the campus specific Pre-Admission phone numbers listed below to make a Pre-Op appointment approximately 1-4 days before your surgery. At this appointment the proper medical health history will be taken along with any other necessary labs. When arriving for this appointment please bring:
- A complete list of medications, both prescription and over the counter
- A durable power of attorney for healthcare if applicable
- A friend or family member if choose to do so
