California Hospital Assessment and Reporting Taskforce (CHART)

The California Hospital Assessment and Reporting Taskforce (CHART) was established in 2004 to develop a statewide hospital performance reporting system. Over 200 California hospitals [80%] participated in the development of the product. The first CHART report card was published in March 2007.
