Older adults are more likely to become disabled or dependent due to medical problems. These problems change a person's relationship with family and friends who may find themselves in the position of caregiver. The caregiver's primary responsibilities are seeing to the patient's physical, psychological and social needs. It is important the caregiver not only care for their care receiver but for themselves as well.
