Adult Protective Services (APS) provides assistance to elderly and dependent individuals who are victims of physical, emotional or financial harm or abuse, 24 hours a day. APS protects adults who are unable to protect their interests, unable to prevent abuse, neglect and exploitation by others, or physically or mentally incapable of managing daily activities.
