Parents and caregivers are asked to arrive at check-ups with their car seat installed and if possible, to bring your car seat's instructions. Having the child present is best. However, if this is not possible, we are still able to check your car seat's installation. Child safety seat check-ups are a free educational service. Our goal is to help parents and caregivers gain the knowledge and confidence to properly install their car seats themselves. You will be asked to work with the technician in the proper installation of your car seat as you are able.

Car Seat Fitting Stations 2009
Getting Your Car Seat Installation Checked
- Make an appointment early - many fitting stations book weeks in advance.
- Bring your car seat instructions, vehicle owner's manual, and child if possible.
- Install the car seat to the best of your ability before your appointment. Use the car seat instructions and the vehicle owner's manual to guide you. If you have physical limitations, discuss this when making an appointment.
- IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, please call the fitting station as soon as possible so someone else may be able to take your place.
- All of the fitting stations listed below are staffed with certified technicians.
