John Muir Health provides the entire specrum of heath care services for our community of mature women, from heart care to cancer care, osteoporosis to prevention, our comprehensive programs provide all the services you need.
Since the majority of women in this mature stage of life are living full and vibrant lives, the Women's Health Centere provides an avenue to stay active, keep informed about health concerns and the latest advances in medicine. Offered at various locations, classes and programs include walking and exercise programs, continuing education courses, free lectures and seminars by medical professionals, support groups, health screenings and special events.
The Senior Services programs are offered at various locations including the Women's Health Center, John Muir Outpatient Center, Tice Valley/Rossmoor and John Muir Outpatient Center, Brentwood. The staff can assist with assessments, placement information, community resources and essential information for families caring for seniors or seniors themselves.
