At John Muir Health we know how important staying connected to others is to the well being of our patients. Whether you are coming to the hospital for a visit or want to send a card, our goal is to make it easy for you to stay in touch with your loved one during their hospital stay.

By Phone: To contact a patient, please call the main line of the hospital in which the patient is staying and ask the operator to connect you to the patient’s room.

In Person: If you’re visiting in person, stop by the front desk to find out where your loved one is located.  We will require identification in order to admit you to the patient’s room.

While we welcome visitors, please be aware of our visiting hours and rules.  If you think you are ill, it’s a good idea to get better before you visit the hospital.

Sending Cards or Other Mail to Patients

To send a card to a patient, address it indicating the hospital in which your loved one is staying, the patient’s name, and the patient’s room number. To find the correct address, look at the location page of the facility your loved one is at.
