UCSF Health/John Muir Health Sign Lease to Develop Outpatient Center in Berkeley

BayHealth, a UCSF Health/John Muir Health joint venture company, has signed a 96,000 sq. ft. lease, within which it plans to open a new outpatient center in Berkeley to serve patients in the Foundry 31 building at 3100 San Pablo Ave. The new facility is expected to open in early 2018.
