Our Walnut Creek Outpatient Center offers a wide range of non-emergency, non-urgent medical services for the Concord community, in one convenient setting. Our services are available to the entire community—you don't need to have a doctor with an office at our center to use our services.

Visitor Information
We’re located off Highway 680 at Treat Blvd, between Jones Road and Cherry Lane. Parking is free. Numerous handicapped parking spaces and visitor spaces are provided.
Convenient public transportation options include Pleasant Hill BART, which is a short ¼ mile walk, or various County Connection bus lines. More information on bus schedules can be found at cccta.org.
