Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our PHP and IOP are voluntary, group-based mental health programs that take place in a supportive, structured environment. Our psychiatric medical staff and care teams offer compassionate, expert care to help you build skills, find balance, and feel supported every step of the way.

Our PHP and IOP treat adults 18+, including seniors 65+, for:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Bipolar disorder
- Substance abuse
- Self-harm or suicidal ideation
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Other mental health or psychiatric concerns

What to Expect With Our PHP / IOP Programs
- Both are half day programs that run Monday-Friday
- The programs do not take place in a hospital; there are no overnight stays
- Each day includes a mix of group and individual therapy, medication management and skills-based education
- Programs typically last two to eight weeks, depending on your unique needs
- At the end, we’ll help you put together the right after-care plan, just for you
