Our Specialty Pharmacy, Tailored to Your Needs

Our Pavilion Pharmacy offers specialty medications for our patients with chronic and complex health conditions. Specialty medications require a higher level pharmacy and typically cannot be filled through traditional retail pharmacies. Our specialty pharmacists and patient liaisons work closely within your care team to provide you with highly personalized care.

Currently Serving Medical Oncology Patients

Our specialty pharmacy is now open for cancer patients who are seen at our medical oncology clinics within the Behring Pavilion. We’re working hard behind the scenes to expand our specialty pharmacy services to soon include our patients with other complex conditions within the following specialties:

  • Cardiovascular
  • Rheumatology
  • Gastroenterology

Our Pharmacy Liaisons Help Every Step of the Way

Our Specialty Pharmacy Patient Liaisons help you navigate the aspects of getting and managing the medications you may need. Working closely with your care team, our specialty pharmacy liaisons help:

  • Navigate your insurance benefits
  • Request medication authorizations and submit appeals
  • Provide medication counseling and education
  • Refill your medications, including most local delivery at no extra cost
  • Monitor your treatment for drug interactions, side effects and nutrition
  • Provide services for deaf and hard of hearing for you or a family member
