We are located beneath the John Muir Medical Center, Walnut Creek parking garage on the Garden Level. It is easiest to access our center from the elevators located in the middle of the parking garage. There is designated parking for Aspen patients on Level 4.
We highly encourage you to complete your health history online prior to your surgery so that we can ensure your safety as a patient. As an added benefit, the profile you create becomes yours to keep, update, and print for your other doctors in the future, as needed.
If you are unable to complete your health history online, a pre-operative nurse will obtain your health history over the phone two days prior to surgery. Please be prepared to go over your health history, including medications, at that time.
