Our comprehensive outpatient center offers a wide range of non-emergency, non-urgent medical services for the Concord community, in one convenient setting. Our services are available to the entire community—you don't need to have a doctor with an office at our center to use our services.

Visitor Information

John Muir Health Outpatient Center, Concord is located off the Grant St. exit from Highway 242 at the intersection of Grant St. and Frederick St. Parking is free. Numerous handicapped parking spaces and visitor spaces are provided.

Convenient public transportation options include Concord Bart station and County Connection bus lines. More information on bus schedules can be found at cccta.org.

Payment for Services

For your convenience, we offer a wide variety of payment options, including:

Insurance: We accept most health insurance plans. View our complete list of plans. Depending on your plan details, your insurer may not cover part or all of your treatment costs. Please contact your insurance carrier for questions about what’s covered and how much your co-pay amount will be, as our Urgent Care Centers collect the co-pay amount at the time of service.

Self-Pay: If you’re planning to pay for your visit yourself, the office staff will collect a deposit at the time of your appointment and apply it towards any fees associated with the visit. We offer several convenient ways to pay for your visit, including:

  • American Express
  • Discover

For amounts not collected at time of service, you may pay your bill by mail or phone. You can also conveniently pay your bill online using a credit card.
