We will be offering Covid-19 vaccines again in the Fall of 2024. To get a Covid-19 booster before then, please contact your local pharmacy.

Where can I get a digital copy of my vaccine record for travel or other reasons?

You may download a digital copy of your vaccination record at the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) website. If you are having trouble downloading your vaccination record, the CDPH has troubleshooting tips.
