Cadence Patient Registration

Cadence is the Community Connect scheduling module for Outpatient and Specialty clinics.

The scheduling staff uses Cadence to:

  • Book appointments and check patients in upon arrival
  • View the entire practice’s clinical schedule on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
  • View an individual patient’s visit history

Ambulatory is Community Connect’s module for patient visit documentation and maintenance of clinical content.

Physicians and clinical staff can easily view or enter patient clinical data including:

  • Notes
  • Orders
  • Charge entry

Resolute Professional Billing

Resolute Professional Billing allows Community Connect practices to process and review charges and claims information.

  • Once an encounter is closed, Community Connect automatically begins the claims process
  • Billing staff utilize Resolute Professional Billing to follow up on claims and charge audits to ensure accuracy    
*Revenue Cycle services can be included with the Community Connect EHR billing module.
