About Us
The Garret Thrift Shop is a fundraising initiative of the John Muir Health, Walnut Creek Medical Center Auxiliary, a dedicated volunteer organization supporting John Muir Health’s Walnut Creek Medical Center.
For decades, the Auxiliary has contributed more than $20 million toward patient care, advanced medical equipment, facility enhancements, and vital hospital programs. Proceeds from The Garret Thrift Shop play an important role in sustaining this impact, helping to enhance the patient experience and support essential healthcare services for the community.
The shop features a curated selection of donated items, including clothing, jewelry, books, furniture, antiques, collectibles, and more.
Donations
We accept donations at our store Tuesday - Saturday between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, limit three bags. We are always looking for clothing, furniture, books, antiques, and more. For donation questions, call (925) 932-9474 or email brian.corona@johnmuirhealth.com
